Therapy that expands your capacity to feel and heal

Individual counseling in Denver & across Colorado

You don't have to have it all figured out to start.

You might be carrying old wounds, navigating a major life transition, or simply feeling like you've lost the thread back to yourself. Therapy is a place to slow down, get curious, and begin to understand the patterns that have been shaping your life.

Based in Denver, Colorado — and with over 20 years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and healers — I offer trauma-informed individual therapy that meets you exactly where you are.

Together, we will create the space for you to come home to yourself.

Let’s Work Together

A co-created space where I draw from different modalities including trauma therapies, somatic practices and attachment based psychotherapy to support your goals, expand your emotional capacity and help you feel better. 60-minute session, virtually or in person.

I love supporting other “healers in training”. The first few years in the field are full of questions and doubts; “am I doing this right?”, “am I even helping?”, “what can I offer people?”, “where do I have expertise?”. I have worked in a myriad of settings supporting people’s mental health and would love to support you to grow in your own clinical practice! I am curious, open, warm and process-oriented.

Beth Wienert Licensed Clinical Social Worker Denver Colorado

Hello — I’m Beth

I grew up in Vermont, with a river called Roaring Brook running through my backyard. The brook was a place I returned to again and again to feel like myself. That river is still the best metaphor I have for healing: not a straight line, not a destination, but something that moves, flows, and always finds its way.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and fellow healers through trauma, life transitions, and the work of understanding yourself more deeply. I'm warm, I'm a little funny, and I will meet you exactly where you are.
