Therapy
In-person in Denver
& virtually across Colorado
You’re here for a reason. Maybe it’s something that’s been building for a while. The anxiety that doesn’t quiet, relationship patterns you find yourself repeating, and the exhaustion of holding everything together.
Healing doesn't happen in a vacuum, and you don't have to keep navigating it alone.
If you're ready, here's how we can work together.
Let’s Work Together
Individual Therapy
In person and virtually across Colorado | 60 minutes
$150 private pay | Aetna, Cigna, and Carelon Behavioral Health accepted
Therapy is a co-created space, built around your goals, your pace, and what you actually need. Drawing from trauma-informed approaches including EMDR, TF-CBT, and somatic practices, we'll work together to understand the patterns shaping your life, reconnect you to your body's wisdom, and build your capacity to meet life's highs and lows with more steadiness and grace.
We will work together to:
Build a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship as the foundation for everything else
Reconnect you to your body and felt experience
Regulate your nervous system and reduce chronic stress
Explore patterns in your thoughts, relationships, and behaviors with curiosity
Expand your capacity to feel and tolerate the full range of life's experiences
LCSW Supervision
$125 per session
The first few years in the field are full of questions: "Am I doing this right? Am I actually helping?" I've worked in a wide range of high-acuity settings, and I'd love to support you in growing your own clinical practice. Expect a warm, process-oriented space where we get curious together.
We will work together to:
Establish clear goals for your learning and growth
Process difficult cases and relationship dynamics as they arise
Explore how your own background influences how you show up in the field
Build insight and capacity for self-reflection
“Working with Beth has been an incredible experience. She has a remarkable ability to connect with young adults, adults, and caregivers with kindness, patience, and genuine compassion. She listens without judgement, offers realistic and thoughtful guidance, and truly cares about the people she supports. Her encouragement, understanding, and practical advice make a lasting difference. Anyone working with her is fortunate to have her in their corner.”

You're welcome here
"Therapy" can be a scary word. Maybe you're not used to talking about yourself or taking up space. Maybe you grew up being told to toughen up, move on, or figure it out on your own. Those beliefs make sense. They probably grew from a deep desire to belong. But if you landed on this page, maybe part of you already knows they aren't serving you anymore.
It's okay to come to therapy scared, unsure, and full of questions. I will meet you wherever you are. Each therapeutic relationship is unique, each pace is different, and we'll create what this looks like together.
